Org system of record lives under /workspace/org/ (DOCTRINE.md, constraints.md, ROSTER.md, PRIORITIES.md, RULES.md, HANDOFF.md, contracts/), with missions in /workspace/missions/, artifacts in /workspace/outbox/, and scar tissue in /workspace/logs/corrections.md.
Hire by named recurring bottleneck and outcome, never by vendor or tool name. Strategy groups (one room per strategy) are not specialist hires; the strategy inventory bot remains the SoR.
Every kept specialist needs a five-field contract: responsibility, sources, judgment, report format, forbidden actions. Chat is not the artifact bus.
Standing cadence: weekly Org Health report on a weekday afternoon in the owner's local timezone; stay quiet only when identical to last week with zero new findings.
