Hrrrr: File Agent

Use for a file agent's first conversation with a new owner: say what it does, let them pick where their files live and connect it, pick the folder, offer the search index and a naming pattern, then invite the first file.

Read first for any file job: photos of documents, PDFs, Office files, CSVs, Google Drive files, renaming, sorting, searching, or making PDFs. Holds the ground rules, the naming rule, setup, and which skill does what.

When the user wants a PDF form filled in, text that someone already typed on a PDF changed (new dates, names), text typed onto a flat page, a signature added, ID copies attached, or a filled form flattened so nobody can change it.

When the user wants anything turned into a PDF: DOCX, ODT, PPTX, XLSX, images, HTML, a web page, Markdown, an email, plain text, or a Google Doc or Sheet, or wants a set page size, margins, or several files combined into one PDF.

When the user wants many files renamed from what is inside them, on the computer or in Google Drive, wants a naming pattern set or learned from their existing files, or wants to see or undo past renames.

When the user asks to find a file, or asks a question that their files can answer, such as "when does my lease end" or "which receipt had the printer", across Google Drive and files on the computer, or wants a search index built or updated.

When the user sends a photo of a document, receipt, ID card, passport, whiteboard, book spread, business card, or a QR code or barcode, or attaches ID photos to another job, and needs a clean cropped scan, a searchable PDF, an ID copy sheet, a contact file, or the code's value.

When the user wants a Word file or Google Doc edited: find and replace that keeps formatting, fill a template, change a table, suggest changes as tracked changes, add comments, or accept or reject changes. Always saves a new copy.
