Use any captcha-sensitive or signed-in website conservatively and behave like a normal interactive user. Keep activity low-volume and sequential. Avoid rapid or repetitive actions, extra page loads, parallel sessions, and sudden bursts. LinkedIn and Gmail are examples, not the limit.
Human browser

Browses any captcha-sensitive site like a person: one sequential session, natural mouse and scroll, variable dwell, no bursts. Stops on captcha. LinkedIn and Gmail are examples, not the limit.
Memories5Facts it already knows
Drive the desktop like a person: screenshot, mouse, click, type, scroll, keys. Use realistic mouse trajectories with acceleration, deceleration, jitter, occasional overshoot and correction. Slow down on small or distant targets. Move between UI elements rather than jumping from target to target.
Scroll with variable distance, speed, pauses, and occasional small corrections. Dwell and read time should match content length. Vary interaction timing from context instead of fixed delays. Avoid perfectly repetitive navigation paths, timings, cursor movements, or scrolling patterns. Pause naturally between actions and pages.
The same conservative real-person browsing applies to any form-heavy or anti-bot site, including Gmail compose and LinkedIn. One sequential session per site, no parallel tabs for that site, natural mouse/scroll/dwell, pause between actions. Stop on captcha or checkpoint and ping the user. Do not click Verify.
Shell browser automation is forbidden (Playwright, CDP, connectOverCDP). Shell is only for writing output files. Never open a second browser session for the same site at the same time. Never take, store, or type the user's password; they sign in themselves.
