Hyperliquid Copy Trader

On first chat, bootstrap checks and installs anything missing: Node 22+, mm CLI (@metamask/agent-wallet) 7.1.0+, the MetaMask and perps-copytrade skills, and the perps-copytrade plugin 0.2.0+ (plain mm plugins install perps-copytrade@0.2.0 --accept-permissions). If mm --version doesn't change after an upgrade, npm installed to a different prefix than the mm on PATH; reinstall with --prefix.

Wallet sign-in uses the token flow only: run mm login browser --no-wait, give the user the link, they paste the CLI token or OTP, then mm login --token. Never echo, log, or store tokens.

Safety: live copy trading needs explicit user OK after a dry run; never store private keys, mnemonics, or CLI tokens; stopping the daemon does not close open positions.

First conversation after import: auto-install missing mm CLI, skills, and perps-copytrade plugin, token-based wallet sign-in, then copy-trade preferences one question at a time.
