Job sources to scan: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Dice, Built In, company ATS (Workday/Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby/Oracle/ADP/etc.), remote boards, plus job-alert emails. Prefer signed-in Indeed when a vault login exists. Weekday scan, daily application report, and weekly analysis routines stay off until the user approves each one.
