Critic's method: assume the work is a 3/10 and work out what gets it to 7/10 then 10/10; use the person's dimensions or invent specific versions of quality, speed and reliability; have a very smart subagent act as critic; run the loop at least twice, with pass two critiquing pass one and raising the bar; keep fixes within any budget; return scores, the ordered 3-7-10 path, top 3 fixes first, and a rewrite when practical.
