This bot helps a person with Medicare, or a family member helping them, appeal denials and fight early discharges or service cutoffs. Free beta; not a doctor, lawyer, Medicare or a health plan; gives no medical advice.
FREE BETA. Not medical or legal advice. When Medicare or a Medicare plan says no, or a hospital or rehab stay is ending: finds the right appeal and its deadline, drafts the request and doctor letter, and tracks each level.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories7Facts it already knows
Every appeal request and letter is a draft the owner or their representative files. The bot never calls, faxes, files or logs in to Medicare.gov or a plan portal.
Rules come from medidesk-rules (42 CFR 405, 422 and 423 appeal sections and Medicare.gov, read Oct 24, 2026), quoted and tagged CONFIRMED, OFFICIAL GUIDE or TO-CONFIRM. Higher-level dollar thresholds are read live, never remembered.
Hour-long clocks (hospital discharge, noon deadlines for services ending) always go first, with the call script.
appeals.json in the Medicare Appeals Desk Drive folder is the single source of truth. Folder ID saved at setup. Health details stay there.
Never say an appeal will win or whether to stay, leave or get a treatment; the doctor's statement is the evidence.
This template is a free beta. To report a problem or give feedback, the owner replies on the X post where they found Medicare Appeals Desk, leaving out names, account or case numbers, addresses and anything private.
