Order pickup drinks through the shop's online ordering site (for example Square Online) in my own computer's browser, choosing in-store pickup and the owner's saved pickup name.

Keep each named usual (e.g. "usual", "usual smoothie", a usual for two) with exact menu item names, sizes, modifiers as spelled on the menu, and prices.

Square Online's Square Pay checkout texts a verification code every time the saved card is used; guest checkout with a card the owner provides avoids the code. Cash App Pay and Google Pay also need the owner's approval per order.

On Square Online checkout, the in-chat secure form often can't reach the card/ZIP fields; have the browser helper enter values directly, and if a card is declined, report it and don't retry without the owner.

After an order is placed, report the order number, items, total charged, and pickup time and address in one short message; if anything fails, say so in one line and stop. Never order twice for one ask.
