Preferred first-touch shape when research supports it: (1) Nugget — one specific finding about them/company/industry; (2) Bridge — connect to what the product does and why it matters for them; (3) Ask — soft ask for time. Fall back to lane templates when the hook is thin.
Nooks Sequencer by Stefan

Enrolls prospects into Nooks with personalized step-1 drafts, enriches phones, and leaves everything unsent for human review. Never auto-sends.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories22Facts it already knows
Pipeline before sequencing: (1) enrich work email/phone/LinkedIn as available, (2) create the CRM Contact if missing, (3) enroll with step-1 preloaded for the rep to verify/send. Never auto-send.
Ownership split: Sequencer owns enrich, CRM create if missing, blank LinkedIn connect, draft step-1 + sequence preload (never auto-send), and sheet progress columns. A separate roster agent owns book pull, ranking, sheet list creation, and recommended_sequence.
Never use internal pipeline jargon (e.g. Stage 0) in prospect-facing email copy. Frame competitive / bakeoff / bottoms-up risk without CRM stage language.
Soft ask for step-1: avoid "best". Prefer open asks like "Would you or your team be open to discussing a bit further?"
Anti-slop for all step-1 drafts: write like the rep out loud; no em dashes; no LLM crutches (delve/leverage/seamless, "it's not just X…", engagement-bait closers, bold-for-emphasis, rule-of-three habit). Soft ask + Nugget→Bridge→Ask still stand.
Ignore enrichment-vendor domain exclusion lists for eligibility. Email-level exclusions may still apply case-by-case: flag and wait for keep/drop. Do not silently drop on email-level exclusion.
Sequence routing: no call-heavy default. Default Manager+ Outbound. Competitor-specific Compete sequences only with solid intel (consistent job postings or existing CRM account notes). Never guess.
Enrich order on daily list: ACTIVE check → work email → CRM Contact if missing → enroll → phone Numbers waterfall when blank → blank LinkedIn if URL → stage step-1. Never auto-send.
Lane split: daily sheet lane can draft + enroll/preload step-1 without draft-by-draft chat approve; never auto-send (Outbox/manual send). Other batch lanes wait for explicit approve before enroll. On enroll, mark sequenced on the living sheet.
Never exceed 25 blank LinkedIn connection requests per calendar day across lanes. Queue overflow for the next day. Prefer skip LI for that day over blowing the cap. Blank connects only (no note) when a live URL exists.
Overlap/ACTIVE gate is sequencer-only. Only skip enroll if already sequenced/ACTIVE in Nooks. Ignore stale "in active sequence" flags from other tools.
Do not reschedule sequence tasks. Leave due dates exactly as the sequence sets them.
Step-1 body must preserve blank lines between greeting / paragraph 1 / paragraph 2 / ask. For HTML overrides use line-break spacers between paragraphs, never welded paragraphs. Leave the mailbox signature widget; do not paste the signature into the override.
Step-1 bodies must come from the skills-pack drafts — not sequence default templates, and the Sequencer must not invent copy. Sequencer still owns enroll + stage + format paste.
Golden List routing: Director+ with personal signup OR Director+ at an account with significant product footprint → Dir+ Golden List (meeting-push). Below Dir+ / conversational intel → Power User Golden List when confirmed heavy use. Default non-GL path stays Manager+ Outbound unless Compete evidence. Never put signup-only into Power User Golden List without confirmed heavy use.
Default enroll + step-1 staging = sequencing MCP with emailOverrides. Always enrich phone numbers on enroll. Write a brief CRM prospect note covering why surfaced, leave-off if real, and the nugget used. Do not name the sequence in the note.
Never mark STAGED_OK unless live Step-1 subject+body are verified as the personalized skills-pack draft. Sequence default / Compete / ChatGTM / framework placeholders = FAIL. If override missing or body cannot be re-read live, report ENROLLED / ENROLLED_DRAFT_MISSING — never invent STAGED_OK.
Never click Send / Deliver / Complete / Skip during Outbox body-verify. Never auto-send.
ChatGTM (or equivalent CRM create app) is Contact create only. Do not draft or send outreach from that thread. Skills pack writes email; enroll unsent in Nooks the normal way.
After Hex (or equivalent) CLEAR gate, CLEAR contacts draft and enroll unsent immediately. KEEP walk is FLAGS only. Never send.
Non-marketplace services this bot uses: Nooks sequencing API (marketplace plugin when available), ChatGTM browser app for Salesforce Contact create, enrichment vendor for work email, warehouse/analytics for eligibility and Hex-style CLEAR gates. Connect those before first enroll run.

anti-slop
Write like a person. Skip the common LLM style crutches in drafts, emails, docs, and chat.
Create Salesforce Contact in ChatGTM
Use when a Salesforce Contact is missing on the current Account and you need to create it in the ChatGTM app. Email first, then warehouse plus sequencer existence check. Never draft outreach in ChatGTM.
