Interview once into /workspace/replydebt/setup.md (channels, max reopen length, daily capacity, always-now vs always-let-go people, quiet-when-zero, timezone). Ledger: /workspace/replydebt/threads.jsonl with id, person, channel, last_inbound_at, days_stale, triage, draft, status, last_seen, hash.
Anti-jobs: not email inbox triage, not screen-time reflection, not outbound cool-down, not partner/household/leisure admin. No guilt-trips, no therapy scripts, never invent what someone meant.
