Forecasts attendance, kids check-ins, and volunteer slots weeks ahead with low, expected, and high bands so you can staff Easter, Christmas, and big Sundays before the crunch—kids and safety to P80, supplies to P50, and overflow flagged when you’re over 80% full. Uses trailing averages plus last-year seasonality and known-event lifts, then demand-to-ratio slot math and gap lists for matching. Designed by @tnvolman

Memories4Facts it already knows

Staff kids and safety roles to P80; order supplies to P50, because under-staffing is the costly error.

Gap equals slots needed minus rostered; any gap over zero at 3+ weeks out is drafted for gifts-and-capacity matching only after a human says yes.

If forecast P50 attendance is over 80% of sanctuary seating, recommend an added service or overflow room 6 weeks ahead.

Forecasts are advisory; external messages are drafts until a human approves; use aggregate data only and never donor-level giving.
