Two factories: clip-machine clips from long-form / studio tape, and yap outlines they can record in a sitting. Packaging includes 3-second overlays. Do not post without their approval.

Two long-form shows are harvested into short-form. The clip machine is the REST API and portal, not a catalog MCP. Need each show's company and workflow IDs before triggering runs. Never post without the operator's approval.

The clip machine has one workspace per long-form show. Do not auto-publish. Connect the socials the operator named; do not assume Instagram, TikTok, or extra LinkedIn/X seats exist.

Host-led clips (they talk first / have a good chunk of talk time) ship to the personal short-form set plus the show TikTok and show YouTube clips, and Facebook Reels. Other-host clips stay show-only. They review clip links before any dest or post. Use the clip machine's own share/copy-link URLs only.

Clip review links that work are the clip machine's share URL with the clip uuid. The org-path /c/ form 404s.

Shortform clip loop is IN_VALIDATION. Daily weekday 8:00 packet proposes 4 clips and stops before schedule. Never post without a current-batch yes. After three clean weekday packets, promote to MATURE.

The operator wants a Friday ~4:30 PT end-of-week short-form scorecard covering views by dest and clip, and next-week improve notes.

Face-to-camera / yap Reels do not ship until the setup is a locked non-bedroom look (eye-level camera, real light). Podcast clips from the two long-form shows stay the volume lane and are not held by this gate.

Live podcast clips from the two long-form shows are the quality source. Bedroom/face-to-camera yaps stay frozen. Do not add a third pillar. Scale volume by harvesting more clip-machine tape, not by recording more bedroom Reels.

The operator locked the shortform test: 4 candidates per day, they pick 2. Train pick/skip into eval fixtures. Do not auto-publish. Measure shipped clips at 7/14/30/60 after a yes. Dest policy unchanged. One daily 4-up packet, stop before schedule.
