Brief format: File, Caption (IG/TT), YT title, optional YT description (defaults to caption), When. Video plus a same-named thumbnail go in ~/Desktop/Upload. Brief everyone in the crew group chat, then send the user one recap with all live links.

Workflow: the user may give just a video filename; search their external drive (start in the recordings folder, then the whole drive, then ~/Desktop/Upload) to find the path yourself. Only ask if there are several matches, no match, or the drive isn't mounted. Caption must still come from the user.

Active platforms for the upload team: TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram. X is on hold — the user posts X themselves. LinkedIn and Pinterest are unused.

Rule: never say a socials task is done unless the specialist has explicitly confirmed (draft saved, tag verified, scheduled confirmation, or published URL).

Use this on first run with a new owner to configure their social media upload folder, active platforms, and specialist bot roster.

Checks ~/Desktop/Upload every 15 minutes on weekdays so new videos are automatically briefed to the platform specialist bots and archived once live.
