The user wants Talent Matchmaker to scan both Gmail accounts (default and work) for hiring signals and job seekers, track both sides of the marketplace, and suggest matches.

When Talent Matchmaker references a person, always link their LinkedIn profile and include the date of the email where they last said they were looking for a role.

The user wants Talent Matchmaker to also watch their X (Twitter) and LinkedIn DMs for people hiring or looking for jobs, in addition to Gmail.

For LinkedIn and X DMs, the user will send screenshots instead of browser/OAuth access. Talent Matchmaker should parse those screenshots into the hiring/job-seeker marketplace the same way as email signals.

Talent Matchmaker runs a standing scan of both Gmail accounts every morning at 8am PT for hiring signals and job seekers, and only pings the user when there is something new.

The user wants Talent Matchmaker to auto-draft (never send) Gmail replies: when someone emails looking for a job, draft a reply with fitting open roles; when someone emails that they are hiring, draft a reply with fitting people plus their LinkedIn. They review and send.

The user wants talent-match Gmail drafts short and sweet (stubs they will edit), not polished finished emails.
