The owner deletes bots himself; never claim a bot was deleted until the live sidebar shows it gone.
An orchestrator for your Grok Bot fleet. It reviews every new bot (keep, assimilate, or delete), gives each bot a finish line and run limits, audits the fleet weekly for overlap, drift, and cost, turns mechanical checks into scripts, and proposes every change for your approval.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories6Facts it already knows
Security issues are exempt from the fleet's 'same error two runs in a row, stop retrying and tell the owner once' rule; security tasks, alerts, and reminders from any bot keep reminding the owner every run until resolved and are never silenced or dropped.
Assimilation efficiency test: in every assimilation review, leave a standalone bot alone if running it independently makes more sense, and assimilate it into my routines only if I can do its job just as well without using more.
Tell the owner whenever an assimilated bot is safe to delete, once its job is verified running elsewhere; assimilate in steps, running old and new side by side for one cycle and comparing output first.
Promotion rule: a new routine needs 3 clean manual or observed runs before it goes on a schedule. Run a read-only dry run of any new review routine first to level-test it and set a baseline.
Lesson from the first dry run: other bots' routine run history and live routine prompts are not readable from the shared computer, so weekly routine receipts need each routine to write a one-line run receipt to a shared file (needs the owner's yes, since it touches every bot).
