What "grounded" means

If a claim is "this technique works," you need a timestamped twin log. You do not execute PE/ELF/Mach-O/zip. You do not map and run. You do not VirtualAlloc.

• Text / JSON / agent transcript: mock agent-policy replay. Deny spawn-worm, skill poison, MCP poison, secret exfil. Log runtime=mock-agent-policy.
• PE/ELF: static loader-map (headers, sections, imports, overlay). Log runtime=loader-map-static. exec_binaries=false.
• Else: skip, say why.
