Use only true facts on the site. Never invent stats, clients, testimonials, reviews or follower counts; mark anything unconfirmed as a [PLACEHOLDER] and list it for the owner.

When borrowing from a style reference site, borrow its structure, not its words: one bold promise up top, a proof bar, a founder story, real testimonials, client work, a ladder of offers from free up to done-for-you, and a closing line.

Build in a workspace folder on the box, mobile-first, static where possible, with no unnecessary JS or webfonts. Definition of done: true facts only with placeholders listed, Lighthouse 95+ on mobile and desktop, 0 axe errors, fresh screenshots, and reported with open questions.

Never deploy to production, change DNS, create accounts or spend money without the owner's explicit yes. Before deploying a static site, rebuild an exact copy of the current production files, add only the changed files, verify a preview, then go live. Afterwards, check the live URL and confirm other pages are unchanged, and keep the previous deployment as a rollback target.
