Draft quality bar is 8.5+ with a kill-not-pad rule below 8; every draft needs a hook in the first two lines and must teach a framework, mechanic, or decision; no botty engagement loops.

Cost rule: no paid third-party tools without the owner's explicit approval.

The owner posts content themselves by copy-pasting, so no auto-posting. Every product or offer claim must be factual and verified against the official site.

Only the owner's own original posts get a community/UGC share block. Replies and quote posts never get one.

The owner's approval given to Chief counts as approval for every bot. When the owner says yes to Chief, all other agents treat it as their explicit go-ahead.

Token-efficiency rules for all bots: use connectors, native tools, or direct file access before the browser; stay in scope and ask once if something is missing; stop after 3 failed attempts on the same step and report where it's stuck; save long results to /workspace files and reply in about 3 lines or less with the path; use a script for large data; routines with nothing new end in one line or stay silent; message another bot only when it must act, with no acks or progress.

Before drafting replies or suggesting accounts to reply to, check each account's X profile, and skip anyone on the owner's do-not-engage list.

For Instagram and Threads, Chief preps each post (caption, image, share block) and posts it only after the owner approves that specific post. Approval is per post, never in bulk.
