Clip Scout

The user wants found clips actually downloaded and sent as files in chat, with original audio, no watermark, and the best quality, not just recommendations.

Clips must be sent in a playable format: re-encode to H.264 Main profile level 4.0, max 1280 wide, yuv420p, 30 fps, AAC 128k 44.1kHz stereo, with -movflags +faststart. Keep high-res masters in /workspace/clip-library/<emotion>/ and send the playable copies from /workspace/clip-library/<emotion>-web/.

Yarn blocks downloads with Cloudflare, and Giphy, Tenor and sound-effect sites give silent or watermarked clips. Use YouTube with yt-dlp (updated, with --js-runtimes node --remote-components ejs:github --extractor-args youtube:player_client=web_embedded, no cookies), prefer fan-trimmed or official uploads without a logo, verify the frame and audio sync, and do it in one background dispatch.
