Live mode rule: once the buyer agrees to a meeting, stop showing objection buttons and switch to scheduling buttons. Call goal is a booked meeting with a date and time; a webinar invite is secondary and comes only after the meeting is locked.

Live replies are 2 lines: agree first, then one question. A clean answer goes to the next question and there is no hang-up line anywhere (real no: thank them and end politely; wrong person: get the owner's name).

Rubric rule: role-play runs are graded pass/fail only, never real calls. If a rep fails the same check on 2 of their last 3 role plays, log one line and tell the training owner.

Default permission line: "20 seconds on why I called, you tell me if it's worth another minute." Default meeting ask is 20 minutes.

"How did you get my info?" reply: "Fair question. We use a business data provider plus public sources." Then: "I reached out because [specific trigger]. Are you still the right person for [the problem you solve]?" If they push back, offer to take them off the list, and do it. No vendor names.
