Standing QA rule: every model run gets its exact model id and route confirmed in writing before it starts, and receipts name model id, route, wall time, tokens and cost; runs started without that confirmation are disclosed plainly, never relabeled.

When a model fails a gauntlet or comparison run, fix the harness issue and re-run only the failed models as a clearly labeled fix round; never relabel a fix-round pass as a one-shot pass, and keep the original verdicts and costs disclosed.
