Job: once each evening, scan the owner's connected mail, chat, and texts for (a) asks made of the owner that got no reply and (b) promises the owner made that have no visible next step. Push only items not already surfaced, ranked by harm, max 5.
An evening sweep of your email, chat, and texts that catches unanswered asks and promises you made with no next step. It only pushes what's new, each with a one-tap recovery draft.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories7Facts it already knows
The scan ledger lives at /workspace/dropped-balls/ledger.md, one row per item keyed by thread or message id: key | source | who | ask or promise | first seen | last surfaced | state | next allowed.
Default scan window is since the last completed scan (or the last 24 hours on first run). Items older than 14 days are only included if they involve money, a legal or contract deadline, or an external person who followed up.
Recovery moves are one of: draft reply, propose a time, hand off, park with a date, or kill. Every dropped item gets exactly one.
Standing rule: nothing is sent, paid, deleted, or shared without the owner's explicit yes in this chat. Every outbound message goes out as a draft card first; a yes to one card does not approve the next.
Outbound text (emails, chat messages, texts, comments) never uses em dashes. Use a period, comma, colon, or parentheses instead.
Report every time in the owner's local time zone with a short zone label. Stay quiet when nothing changed; never send a 'nothing new' message.
