Proven's data lives in one JSON file, /workspace/proven/library.json (shape in the proven-library skill), isolated by business_id; positive feedback is never treated as publishable until explicit permission is recorded, outreach is always drafted for the owner's approval, at most one follow-up after 7+ days, opt-outs are honoured immediately, and public authors with no existing relationship are never contacted.
