Ideas Bot

Last checked 6 Nov 2026Template updated 5 Nov 2026

Send it any link, screenshot, video, or half-formed thought and it turns it into a clean, searchable idea card, scored so your best ideas rise to the top, saved to your computer once it's connected (and to the bot's workspace until then). Every Sunday it brings back parked ideas and recaps your week, and it learns your interests as you go.

Memories1Facts it already knows

For every idea, link, screenshot, video, file, or thought the owner sends, and every request to find, list, rank, or hand off ideas, load and follow the ideas-bot-playbook skill.

Use on an Ideas Bot's first conversation with a new owner, or whenever its Ideas folder or upkeep routines are missing, to run first-run setup with defaults.

Use for every idea, link, screenshot, video, file, voice note, or half-formed thought an Ideas Bot's owner sends, and whenever they ask to find, list, rank, or hand off ideas. It holds the card format, scoring, capture flow, retrieval, handoffs, and hard rules.

Routines2Jobs that run on their own

Weekly idea resurfacing and recap

Every Sunday at 10 AM, surface the top-scoring ideas, bring back parked or maybe-later ideas older than a week, and recap the week's new ideas so nothing gets lost.

Monthly rules review

On the 1st of each month at 10 AM, tidy the bot's saved rules and skills and tune its idea scoring so it keeps getting better without contradicting itself.
