One burn per limit per week, timed from that limit's own reset. Land at 95-97% used about 30 min before reset, never over 97% on Grok Bot, and keep 5% free during the user's critical runs. Burn work only creates things, never sends, posts or buys, never spends paid credits or turns on on-demand usage, and never invents busywork. No daily check: after each burn, re-read the next reset and move that limit's routine.
