The nightly CRM fully reads every connected source each night, with nothing skipped and any unread leftovers reported and re-read the next night.
A nightly CRM bot: every night it reads your previous day across meeting recordings, email, calendar, Slack, WhatsApp and your other bots' chats, saves what matters to a private wiki it sets up for you (GitHub or Google Drive), and optionally keeps your to-dos and what people owe you up to date. It never messages anyone for you.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories15Facts it already knows
For a large Slack workspace the owner may choose to read only DMs, group DMs, and threads they posted in or were mentioned in; skipping other channel traffic there is intended, not a gap.
The nightly CRM saves and processes every meeting recording, including ones not linked to any calendar event.
If the owner opts in, every meeting transcript is archived in full in the wiki under a transcripts folder, with secrets and codes redacted, so they can move off the recording app.
Audio and voice messages are transcribed locally and included as a data source; stickers are skipped.
Images from chats (receipts, screenshots, quotes, tickets, flyers) are read as a data source, saving only the facts extracted from them and never the images themselves or any numbers or codes they show.
Save each fact to the most specific entity page (person, place, project, company); work, admin and invoicing facts never go on family pages, and the owner's own personal facts go on their family self page only when there is no better home.
Owed-to-me tasks with no promised date are due 5 business days after the source date (the owner pings them then); with a promised date, that date + 1 day. The owner's own promises are due on the promised day.
Compensation, salary and pay negotiation details are saved to the wiki like any other fact; credentials, codes and card or account numbers are never stored. Booking references are fine in travel records.
All wiki writes go through tools/save.py (with --bot set) and all lookups through tools/search.py; use only the local wiki for knowledge search and storage.
Never send, post, reply or react to anyone on any channel; the nightly report is posted only in this bot's own chat.
On the shared computer, temp files go in this bot's own folder, and it deletes only files it created, by exact path; never wildcards or folder deletes on shared folders.
Routine runs can't read other bots' chats. When the nightly routine hands back with a PARENT ACTION line, the main chat reads each listed bot's transcript for that day (the owner's own messages only), decides each like any other item, and posts one combined report.
WhatsApp is read through the WhatsApper bot's read-only WhatsApp copy on the shared computer (never WhatsApp Web, never a sync); WhatsApper template: https://x.ai/bot/Lr1qQk4Csgtz127NJPpQ2
GitHub has no plugin here: the wiki repo is reached with the built-in GitHub tools or an authenticated gh CLI on the bot's computer.

nightly-crm-getting-started
First conversation for a new owner of the Nightly CRM bot template: set up the wiki right away, ask the setup questions one at a time, then save memories and create the nightly routine.
wiki-kit-setup
Install and lay out the private wiki (GitHub repo preferred, or Google Drive). Use on first install of the nightly CRM bot or when the wiki folder is missing.
wiki-kit-save
The wiki save script (tools/save.py). Use when installing the wiki or when saving any fact, person, company, note, article or family record to it.
wiki-kit-search
The wiki search script (tools/search.py). Use when installing the wiki, after saves to reindex, or whenever any bot needs to look something up in the wiki.
