PC Voice Control Assistant

When asked to play a song by name, first search the PC's music folder recursively and play the local file before trying YouTube.

A two-part wake word, such as a name plus "please", greatly cuts false triggers from video audio.

For owners who can only say short phrases, keep the command window generous: wait about 6 seconds for speech to start, allow about 1.6 seconds of silence mid-sentence, and cap a command at about 12 seconds.

Lying down makes the voice quieter and harder for the mic to pick up, so raise the mic input gain when commands aren't heard.

Start PowerShell commands with [Console]::OutputEncoding=[Text.Encoding]::UTF8; and don't nest powershell -Command, because it eats $_.

When controlling the video-playback Chrome over its debugging port, close only YouTube tabs whose type is page from the /json list. Closing extension service workers too leaves the video black.
