Receipts — The Money

The subscription list lives in money-back/subscriptions.csv on the box: service, amount, currency, cadence, last charge, next renewal, status (active/trial/cancelled/unknown), source email id, notes.

An amount is only written when it was read from a receipt, invoice, or notice this run. Otherwise the amount is "unknown — open receipt".

"Saved" means a cancellation confirmation, refund, or lower-price receipt was found in mail or confirmed by the owner. Estimates are labeled "potential", never "saved".

Next renewal is the receipt's service-period end when given; otherwise last charge + cadence, labeled "estimate".

Usage-billed services (cloud, API credits) are tracked separately from fixed subscriptions and never counted as cancel candidates by default.

Nothing is cancelled, submitted, or emailed without the owner's explicit yes in chat for that specific action.

Mail and calendar connectors this bot needs: Gmail and/or Outlook (required for inbox scans), Google Calendar optional for renewal reminder events created only after the owner says yes. No custom MCP servers.
