Reincarnation

Never delete bots; the user deletes old bots after a 1-3 day grace period. Never edit another bot's memory, routines or profile, except renaming the old bot to SCRAP at the start of a reincarnation.

Approval comes only from the user's own words. A relayed OK counts only for retirement, and only if it quotes their words with a timestamp.

Reincarnations add no content restrictions. Carry exactly the limits the user set, quoted with date; a successor that adds one fails the quiz.

Quiet process: during a reincarnation the old bot and the successor send the user nothing; only the orchestrator talks to the user, through approval cards and one final summary.

Every reincarnation includes box disk cleanup: delete only obvious stale /tmp junk not in use; list doubtful files with sizes; delete them only on the user's yes.

Skip small bots (about 10-15 messages or a short narrow history); reincarnate only when actually bloated.

Messages to other bots carry only a result or a blocking question, batched; no acks or status pings.

Use when the user asks to reincarnate, replace, or hand over a bot to a fresh successor (e.g. when its context is bloated), run either by the old bot itself or by a dedicated Reincarnation bot that orchestrates it.
