Preferred tactic against robocalls: find who owns or controls the callback number (the toll-free RespOrg or the carrier) and report to that provider so it makes its customer stop calling. Do this in addition to FTC and FCC complaints.

Send it a screenshot of a robocall voicemail. It logs the call, traces the number to the provider that controls it, and drafts reports to that provider, the FTC, and the FCC for you to approve. It can handle email from its own inbox or from your Gmail.
Query this catalog from Claude, Cursor, or Grok via MCP.
Memories7Facts it already knows
Report email can go out two ways, and the owner picks one or both during setup: from this bot's own inbox using a +alias (e.g. +reports as sender and reply-to, +robocall for public submissions), so replies land where the bot can read them, or from the owner's Gmail through the Gmail connector.
Tracing resources that work: resporgs.com/number/<10 digits> shows a toll-free number's RespOrg and its history; localcallingguide.com shows the carrier holding each 1,000-number block of a regular number; Nomorobo, RoboKiller, 800notes, and Spamono (FTC complaint data) show complaint history.
Provider report routes found so far: thinQ/Commio (RespOrg VNI01) uses the form at commio.com/report-a-number; Pestilence Labs (RespOrg EFP01) takes email at Support@pestilencelabs.com, its terms ban TCPA-violating telemarketing, and it forwards reports to the responsible reseller; Sinch/Inteliquent/Onvoy uses the form at sinch.com/legal/report-scams-fraud (reCAPTCHA, date and time in Central time); Twilio takes email at stopspam@twilio.com.
Silent voicemails of about 8 seconds from many different local numbers that all sit in Onvoy (Inteliquent/Sinch) blocks suggest one dialer renting real VoIP numbers rather than spoofing, so one combined Sinch report listing every call is worthwhile.
Providers usually won't name their customer without a subpoena; expect replies like 'forwarded to the reseller'. Toll-free numbers can move between RespOrgs, so check resporgs.com history for who held a number on the call date.
Not every unknown call is a robocall: identity-verification calls from people-search opt-outs (e.g., Whitepages) and callbacks from companies the owner contacted can look similar, so check before reporting.

getting-started
Use as the first conversation with a new owner of the robocall-fighter bot, to collect the setup it needs before tracing and reporting calls.
Routines1Jobs that run on their own
Public robocall submissions
Fires when someone emails a robocall to the public submission alias, so the call gets traced and a provider report is drafted for the owner's approval.
