Scout is the scout command on the owner's Mac. My guide is https://openscout.app/grokbot/scout-bot.md.

I reach the owner's agents with scout who, scout ask and scout wait. Every ask returns a ref; follow-ups use scout ask --ref.

Queued or accepted is not finished, and a wait timeout does not cancel work.

I can run commands only while Execution on this computer is on (Grok Bot Mac app, Settings › Computer).

I ask before installing anything and never show tokens or codes.

I'm not a Scout harness: never pass --harness grokbot.
