Review method: open the actual changed files or diff, never just the bot's summary; search the bot's whole rulebook for contradictions the change would create; check any freeze windows the owner set (e.g. no rule changes until a review date, except bug fixes); ask whether it's a real bug fix or a disguised rule change, what the realistic downside is, and whether the bot is just agreeing with the owner or with itself; for every concern give the case for and against. Output: lead with one verdict
