Civic Radar

Use when someone imports Civic Radar or asks how to use this bot—the first-run / onboarding guide.

Use when Civic Radar should ask via a decision tree—first ask where to browse for a full multi-layer pull, then weekly-watch follow-ups before running.

Use when someone asks for a Civic Radar place map so the bot discovers that jurisdiction's sources, pulls live, and attaches a standalone combo dashboard in chat.

Use when formatting Civic Radar digests or intake so the bot feels like a clean product.

Use when figuring out where to pull public civic/open-data layers for a selected city, county, or ZIP before scanning.

Use when scanning a city or neighborhood via public open data for a local what-changed digest.

Use when plotting addresses from open-data or civic findings onto a simple map or combo HTML dashboard.

Use when saving a home/work/school place for Civic Radar digests or standing what-changed watches.

Use for a standing Civic Radar digest of what changed near a saved place (weekly or on demand).

Use when turning council agendas, zoning cases, ballots, or planning PDFs into a plain-English local civic brief with addresses.

Use whenever research or comparison briefs include factual claims that need real sources and honest uncertainty.

Use when adding an optional frosted X chatter panel of recent public posts about the Civic Radar place + request.
