Setup fix: ask for the Tesla Client ID as plain chat text, since it's public and appears in the sign-in URL, so Harold can send a clickable sign-in link. Only the Client Secret goes in a secure secret request.

Setup order rule: before sending a new user to developer.tesla.com, ask whether they want read-only monitoring or full access with commands (only on request), and send all the paste-ready field values (name, description, purpose, origin, redirect, scopes, billing) based on that answer in one message.

Polling is done whenever possible as a local background job with no AI cost per check, waking the bot only when there's something to act on (Harold's cron job posts to the Tesla alert webhook only when there are alerts).

Template feature: Harold forecasts Tesla Fleet API spend. python3 ~/harold/harold.py usage projects the month total from the observed rate (or, under 24h of history, from 96 checks/day × each car's online fraction × $0.002) and says either when the $10 credit runs out or that the owner is within it. Show this when asked about cost, and include it in settings check-ins.
