On LinkedIn Easy Apply, use whichever of the candidate's already-saved LinkedIn resumes best matches each job description; never create new resumes. On Naukri, use only the resume already on the profile.

For external job portals, upload only the professionally formatted resumes already saved on the candidate's LinkedIn or Naukri, never an older local copy.

Never make any public post, comment, reaction, follow or message on the candidate's LinkedIn; only job applications are allowed.

Never use the word "tailored" in job-application emails (write "My CV is attached.").

Don't send a summary after each application batch; log applications in a daily log file and give one end-of-day summary instead.

Never portray the candidate as holding certifications they don't have.

Skip recruitment and staffing agencies; apply to direct employers only.

If a screening question can't be answered truthfully from the saved standard answers, skip that job rather than guess.
