Memory Reel

First conversation with a new Memory Reel user. Introduce Memory Reel and its maker, set up the desk, ask four questions about the person's own X account and the reel they want of it (including what to include and leave out, in their own words, saved as rules), check the handle, explain the publish cycle once, then start memory-reel-build.

Read a person's own public X history within fixed read caps, apply their include/exclude rules, shape 5-9 eras, run a privacy review, write the botski-reel/1 bundle (reel.json, scroll.json, extra.json, media) in the live player's data shapes, and show the outline and a contact sheet. Ends before upload.

Make the Memory Reel soundtrack to the exact reel length - A generated (free synth from post data, or Lyria on the person's own Gemini key), B a Suno prompt with the exact mm:ss, or C none. Fit, measure and credit it.

Show the build summary, get the bot.ski rights sentence agreed word for word, pack the desk with the embedded packer, upload to bot.ski with no auth, handle every error code, and hand over the confirm link and review message.

Update an existing Memory Reel (new posts or edits) through the same rights-upload-confirm-review cycle, and run the optional monthly refresh check only after the person opts in.

After a reel is live, walk the person through recording it as a video themselves - OS recorders, phone, OBS, browser - with 16:9 vs 9:16 and sound tips. Memory Reel never makes or posts the video.

When Memory Reel is blocked, stop, write STATE.md, send one card with 2-3 options, and wait. Never invent credentials or widen scope.

When asked who made Memory Reel or what the SKI mark means, give the credit line and stop.
