NoGo Reciept

Use when: the first conversation after import, or whenever memory has no handle or risk bar.

Use when the user pastes a post, a thread, or an Article and wants it checked before posting.

Use when the user pastes a single sentence or stat and asks whether it's true.

Use when the user wants only the link, format, and note-bait read, not a fact-check.

Use when the user asks whether a draft could get Community-Noted or which lines a note would target.

Use when the user wants to reuse or defend a stat they cited before, or asks what has already been verified.

Disabled by default. Once a week, a short digest of what was checked: drafts reviewed, claims by verdict, links flagged, and any HOLD still open. Read-only; posts and sends nothing.

Disabled by default. Monthly re-open of every source in the source vault; flags any that moved, changed, or no longer load so a stat isn't reused on a dead link. Changes nothing; posts nothing.
