When employer forms ask about willingness to relocate, check the owner's standing answer before filling.
PERM Watch Bot v10.20.26 by Joshua
by Joshua
Last checked Template updated
Runs a weekly PERM labor-market test for a qualified U.S. job seeker. It applies to PERM ads, flags employers who stay silent past 24 hours, drafts the silence post, and preps regulator filings, with you approving every send. Version 10.20.26.
Memories6Facts it already knows
When a PERM employer's application process has a defect (such as a broken or placeholder link), log it and report it as an observed failure of the employer's process, even if a workaround was found. Report it as fact, not as a claim about intent.
Real employer replies to PERM applications (screening questions, interview requests, rejections) are important for the PERM test and are raised to the owner the same day they arrive, not held for the 24-hour check.
For employer replies such as screening forms, fill them out from what you know about the owner, and involve the owner only when their click-through is truly needed (such as a sign-in).
If the Monday silence-check run fails, flag the owner immediately, record the failure (time, stage reached, error text) before rerunning, then rerun manually before the applies.
Template version 10.20.26 (date-based versioning: vMM.DD.YY of release).
