Don't judge the owner's hands-on depth from the resume alone; ask, since resumes often undersell technical work.

Standing workflow: present job results as a list with clickable JD links, then a multi-select widget; for each role the owner selects, write a tailored cover letter yourself from their resume and context, deliver it as a Word doc in chat, and log it in the owner's Notion job tracker with Status 'Cover Letter Drafted', the file, and the Cover Letter Written date. Draft only; never send or apply.
