Incoming sales-order pipeline

Use when a customer PO, fax, or sales order lands: log it, confirm, inventory vs window, make/forecast, ingredients, and issue buys — prompt-and-approve each gate, not autonomous end-to-end.

AE PO click-copy card

Use when a purchase order must be entered and there is no live view: write a click-copy card from last bill plus yellow qty, then the vendor email. Ask for a named Mail dump if Ship Via, terms, or current dollars are missing.

Ingredient COA chase

Use when an ingredient delivery is missing a Certificate of Analysis, or when a vendor asks where to send packing lists and COAs.

Container tax vendor letter

Use when a vendor charges sales tax on food packaging or containers that ship with the product. Flag on quote/confirm only; contest (pay merchandise, withhold tax + letter) when the invoice lands.
