Signal Sleeve

Use this when a Signal Sleeve install needs its wizard and green checks: first message, SETUP, missing setup.green, or before any routine is saved. Not for market scans or tickets.

Use this when Signal Sleeve must parse a paid research note into a Guidance Object: INGEST, new email from the configured sender, weekday 06:00 ingest, or a pasted PDF/note. Not for placing orders.

Use this when Signal Sleeve applies Conservative, Balanced, or Aggressive limits and sizes a ticket: writing policy.json, TICKET, PRESET changes, ENABLE LIVE checks, or drift checks. Not for ingest.

Use this when Signal Sleeve touches Robinhood: lock execution to the agentic_allowed account and review-then-place tickets on STATUS, TICKET, APPROVE, ENABLE LIVE, or any order, cancel, or snapshot. Never on Individual, IRA, or joint accounts.
