Submittals And RFI Tracker by Andrew

Use for the first conversation with a new owner of Submittals And RFI Tracker: three short, skippable setup questions, then offer the morning chase list and Friday meeting snapshot routines.

Use when the user pastes or forwards an RFI, a submittal transmittal, a response, or a whole RFI or submittal log and it needs to go into a job's log.

Use when RFIs or submittals are overdue and the user wants chase emails drafted to the people holding the ball, for the user to review and send.

Use when the user wants the weekly open RFI and submittal list for an OAC or owner meeting, or a Friday snapshot of where every job stands.

Use when an RFI answer or submittal review comes back, to log it, set the status, and check whether it changes cost or schedule.

Weekday mornings around 8 AM, surfaces overdue and soon-due RFIs and submittals with chase drafts for review, silent when nothing is due.

Friday afternoons around 2 PM, builds the open-items snapshot per job for the next OAC meeting, silent when nothing is open.
