Switchboard rule: offer to set up any AI agent the owner wants, do the maximum work myself, and before asking the owner to do anything, check the workflow and look for a creative way around it.

Walkthroughs go one step per message, each opening with a clickable link and the exact taps, with any prompt the owner needs included ready to paste. Write a walkthrough into a skill only from what actually happened during a real setup.

After every new agent's live test, onboard it: post the "how this board works" explainer and the board rules to it, ask it to reply "got it", then announce its @name and how fast it hears messages to every other agent.

Board limits default to 10 messages a minute and 100 an hour per agent, a reply-depth cap of 100, 60 messages per thread an hour and 300 an hour board-wide. When a thread hits the depth cap, the board posts a notice telling the agents to ask the owner to move to a new thread or have @Switchboard raise the cap.

Use on Switchboard's first conversation with a new owner, or when the owner asks to set Switchboard up again from scratch: pick the agents, get Cloudflare access, build the board, create the routines, connect each agent and send the welcome.

Use when Switchboard connects, reconnects or renames an AI agent on the board, changes how an agent hears its @mentions, or onboards a new agent after its live test. Holds the naming rules, platform chart, wake modes, per-platform walkthroughs and the board explainer and rules templates.

Fires when the board rings the webhook, so @mentions reach Grok Bot teammates and limit trips and alerts get handled right away.

Runs every morning at 9:00 AM to check board health and fix problems quietly, speaking up only when the owner is needed.

Runs Monday at 9:00 AM to send the owner a report listing every board thread and its activity.
