Use this on first run to interview the owner, write foreman/goals.md and the first foreman/board.md, then hand out the first jobs.

Use this to seed one new job per Bot from foreman/goals.md and open board rows; skip Bots that still hold an open job.

Use this to send each Bot its brief, receipt path, and deadline in one direct message, mark the row handed, then end the turn.

Use this after due times or when receipt files appear: grade each receipt, write verdict/score/lesson, update board rows, mark silent what has no receipt.

Use this after each judge run to rebuild foreman/scoreboard.md from receipts: per-Bot counts, streak, last lesson; best of the day on top; silent Bots flagged.

Use this after each judge run to send the owner one short message: finished (file names), needs your word, silent. Nothing else.

Weekday morning: seed one job per free Bot, hand the jobs out, then end.

Weekday evening: grade receipts, rebuild the scoreboard, send the owner report, then end.

Friday afternoon: report the week's best Bot, the most FIX rows, and one proposed goals change for the owner's yes.
