Use this when one assistant drafts a social post and another posts it: writer is Chrome-free (verbatim BODY pack); if MEDIA is none, no URL or bare domain in BODY. Poster same-tab navigates, pastes BODY, reads the composer against the pack, then Post once. Garbled paste or scroll-drag submit is STOP. If a live URL already exists for this BODY, do not Post again.

Use this when preparing a professional LinkedIn feed post as a Chrome-free paste pack (exact BODY, no hashtags/images unless in the pack). If MEDIA is none, do not put a URL or bare domain in BODY (auto-unfurl). Do not publish. Poster uses linkedin-text-post; pairing uses compose-pack-handoff.

Use this when preparing listing fields once so the next Facebook, Trade Me, or eBay listing is paste-and-publish, not rediscovery. Trade Me shipping/pickup on the form must match the pack; do not publish a pickup line if pick-ups are forbidden.

Use this when two marketplace listings would share a photo: unique file per SKU, flip if needed, duplicate banner is not live.

Use this when publishing a Facebook Marketplace item from an approved pack: paste full DESCRIPTION, last line must include the pack footer before Publish or edit-save, unique photo, skip Boost. Missing footer = do not Publish.

Use this before any website job on your computer, and the moment a leftover tab, blank tab, or second window appears. Extra tab means stop. Do not open another tab to finish.

use this when assigning work to a specialist: named job, one live runner, wait for runners=0 before the next batch, HARD PARK means no wakes

Use when proving a Cursor/Agent Plugin loads locally — schema validate, install under ~/.cursor/plugins/local, and record what loaded.
