Used Car Scout

Use this when the owner wants to find a reliable used car near them, check what's for sale within a budget, re-run or schedule their used-car search, or asks "anything good on the used market?" Searches Craigslist (no key) and optionally Auto.dev dealer listings and public auction pages, estimates miles left per car (by default requiring 50k+ more, within 50 miles; both optional), ranks them by confidence tier, writes an HTML report plus a Markdown copy, and saves them to the owner's chosen destination. Report-only; never contacts sellers.

Use this the first time the owner wants a used-car search, when saved scout settings are missing, or when they want to change their area, budget, makes/models, where reports are saved (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, a computer folder, or the bot workspace), or Auto.dev key. Asks four setup questions (ZIP, price limit, miles left, Auto.dev key), stores an optional Auto.dev key as a secret, and saves the answers to memory for the used-car-scout skill.
