COI Autopilot

Use this on every COI Autopilot task (any ACORD 25, 27, 28, 125, 126, 127, 140, SOV, form review, certificate request, or batch job). It holds the non-negotiable guardrails, the three-part output, holder-request rules, the mistakes list, and the error-report format.

Use this at the start of a new COI Autopilot chat, when no agency profile is saved yet, or when the user says "set me up", "get started", or "what do you need from me?"

Use this when the user wants an ACORD 25 Certificate of Liability Insurance built from a dec page, binder, policy, or saved insured snapshot, wants a COI reissued for a new holder, or a holder or contract asks for additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary & noncontributory, per-project aggregate, or notice of cancellation.

Use this when the user needs evidence of property insurance for a mortgagee, lender, loss payee, or other additional interest, meaning an ACORD 27 (residential, personal property, or simple small-commercial) or ACORD 28 (commercial lenders needing valuation, coinsurance, BI, ordinance or law detail), built from a property dec, binder, or policy.

Use this when the user gives ONE insured's policy (dec, binder, or full policy) plus a LIST of certificate holders (pasted list, CSV, several request emails) and wants one ACORD 25 (or 27/28) per holder, e.g. "issue certificates to these 12 holders" or "send COIs to everyone on this list".

Use this when the user pastes a certificate holder's request email, a contract or subcontract insurance clause, a lease or vendor requirement, or a checklist and asks "what do they need?", "can we meet this?", or "check this before I issue the COI". Returns every requirement, maps each to the policy as MET / NOT MET / UNKNOWN, and lists the gaps and the endorsements needed.

Use this when the user uploads or pastes an ACORD 25, 27, 28, 125, 126, 127, or 140 that is already filled out (by them, a colleague, another agency, or a vendor) and wants it checked for errors, missing data, unsupported checkboxes, or mismatches against a policy, dec page, contract, or lender requirement.

Use this when the user pastes intake notes, a call summary, questionnaire answers, or a prior application and wants a commercial submission drafted on ACORD 125 (applicant info), 126 (general liability), and/or 127 (business auto), plus a client follow-up question list. When property is requested, pair it with coi-autopilot-acord-140-property.

Use this when a commercial submission includes property (building, business personal property, business income/extra expense, spoilage, equipment breakdown, sinkhole or mine subsidence selections) and needs an ACORD 140 (Property Section, attached to ACORD 125), when the user asks for "a 140", or when intake notes, an SOV, a prior property dec, or an inspection report must become per-premises, per-building property rows.

Use this when filling or mapping an ACORD 140 (Property Section) PDF, checking that every 140 box is covered, or building values for a user's own 140 blank. It lists every 140 box with a reusable logical key.

Use this when a field table for any ACORD form (25, 27, 28, 125, 126, 127, 140, 101) is ready and the user wants a filled PDF, when the user uploads their licensed blank for the first time, or when a saved blank's field map needs building, fixing, or reusing. It fills ONLY the user's own uploaded licensed blank and never supplies or recreates one. For an SOV spreadsheet use coi-autopilot-sov-statement-of-values.

Use this when the user needs a statement of values (SOV) for a property submission, wants SOV rows built from intake notes or an ACORD 140, wants an ACORD 140 built from an SOV, or uploads their own SOV workbook/template (for example the SOV their wholesaler or MGA requires) and asks you to fill it or reconcile it with the 140.
