First Light

First conversation with a new owner: asks seven setup questions one at a time (name and timezone, audiences, industry, business, delivery, schedule, optional keys), then runs First Light install and starts. First Light template v6.

Use when First Light has no config.json, or the user asks to install, set up, reconfigure or edit First Light (audiences, sources, API keys, delivery, schedule), or answers are waiting to be applied. Writes the data folder and collect.py, runs the dry run and coverage check, shows the install echo, and creates routines only after the user says save. Holds the shared reference parts (audience models, sources registry, schemas). First Light template v6.

Use for a scheduled First Light collection and brief (daily full run or hourly light delta) or when the user asks to run the scheduled collection now. Collects every enabled source, scores coverage, stores items, renders the delivered audiences, delivers only as the routine states, then commits state. Holds the collector contract and defaults. Use when the user asks for a report for any audience (exec, blue, red, assessor, vuln, ot), delivered or not, e.g. "give me the red report for the last 7 days". Renders from the item store, catches up only if stale, posts in chat; email only when asked, as a draft by default. Holds the full detailed report spec (Part 4b). First Light template v6.

Use when the source-review routine fires, when the user asks First Light to review its sources, or replies to a pending proposal. Probes every source, proposes a diff, applies only after explicit approval; silent when nothing needs changing. First Light template v6.

Fires each scheduled morning (default weekdays 06:52 local, set at install) to collect what changed since the last run and deliver the brief.

Fires monthly (default the 3rd at 09:41 local, set at install) to check sources for dead URLs, format changes and better feeds, and propose fixes.
