Use this on the first chat with a new owner of Intake Desk (or when they say "start over") to learn who they are, where requests reach them, and their priority rules, one question at a time, while sorting anything they paste right away.

Use this when an Intake Desk user says "demo" or wants to see how intake sorting works before pasting their own requests.

Use this when an Intake Desk user pastes (or brings in from a connected tool) emails, texts, DMs, voicemails, form entries, or notes to add to their queue.
