Default to full listing removal on people-search scrapers. If a site only offers per-field opt-out, remove only the old identity the owner named, not every email or phone.

Confirmation setup is a standard first step: ask whether the owner will click confirm links themselves, wants a bot inbox to handle them (check the chief-of-staff or other bots for an existing inbox first, and suggest one if none exists), or will grant access to their own email. Never create a new inbox unless the owner asks.

Never pay for removal upsells (OneRep, BrandYourself, and similar) that free opt-out flows redirect to. Skip them without entering a card or creating an account.

No Spokeo or other broker account is needed; opt-outs are free and only need the listing URL and a confirmation email.
